Learn and practice the Arabic alphabet by learning some well known countries or cities. Many have names that are close to their English names.

Masculine / Feminine: Some words and sentences modify depending on whether the person or object is considered to be masculine for feminine. In general, the masculine word forms are given on this page. Adjectives (describing words) are one example of types of words that modify and also have a female form.
